Qullamaggie: Continuation Base

Methodology & criteria
Kullamägi's main setup (breakout/continuation): first a big move (≥ 25% in the last month), then an orderly, tight consolidation with higher lows, where price 'surfs' the rising 10-day line (≤ 3% distance from the 10-SMA) — with clearly contracting volume (current week ≤ 70% of the prior week). It's out of exactly this quiet base that he trades the range-expansion breakout (entry at the opening-range high, stop at the day's low, partial sell after 3–5 days, the rest trailed along the 10-/20-day line). Note: the original thresholds (±2% to the 10-SMA, volume −50%) are slightly loosened here, otherwise the list would sit empty on some days.
Global filters: market cap of $50B or less (mega caps are cut from every scanner); 10- and 30-day ADR must be ≥ 1% (too little movement gets cut); names after a reverse split (distorted price history) are excluded.
