Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal for the Buy Signals subscription, the Stock Check, and the In-Depth Analysis, including the model withdrawal form to fill in.

Updated: August 30, 2026

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

TM Internetmarketing GmbH
Seestraße 16
71638 Ludwigsburg
Germany
Email: contact@tickerguard.com

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Buy Signals subscription

If you requested that performance — sending of the buy signals and access to "My Signals" — begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract. The right of withdrawal itself continues to apply beyond a single billing period for an ongoing subscription; independently of that, you may cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, via the customer portal.

During checkout you expressly confirm: "I expressly agree that TickerGuard begins providing the service (sending buy signals, access to 'My Signals') before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I understand that if I withdraw, I owe proportionate compensation for the service already provided."

Stock Check (one-time order)

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service — creating and delivering your Stock Check analysis — and started performance only after you expressly agreed to this and confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. Until full performance, you may withdraw as described above; the same proportionate-compensation rule applies to the service already provided. If the stock you named cannot be analyzed (e.g. delisted, insolvency), we cancel the order regardless and refund the full amount.

During checkout you expressly confirm: "I expressly agree that TickerGuard begins creating my Stock Check before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I understand that my right of withdrawal expires once TickerGuard has fully performed the analysis and sent it to me."

In-Depth Analysis

Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun making the report available — unlocking it on the website and for download as a PDF — after you expressly agreed to this and confirmed at the same time that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. Since the report unlocks within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed, this begins within that time after your purchase.

During checkout you expressly confirm: "I expressly agree that TickerGuard makes the In-Depth Analysis available to me before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I understand that my right of withdrawal expires as soon as that has begun."

In-Depth Analysis with Follow-Up

The rule in the section above, "In-Depth Analysis", applies to the report in the same way: your right of withdrawal for it expires once we begin making it available, provided you expressly agreed to that early start and acknowledged it.

For the twelve-month follow-up service — a refresh after each quarterly earnings report, a notice when we change our rating, and a change log — your right of withdrawal remains in force for 14 days, even if you agree to an early start. If you withdraw after the follow-up service has already begun, you owe us a reasonable amount proportionate to the part of the twelve-month follow-up already provided. The report you already received remains yours either way.

During checkout you expressly confirm: "I expressly agree that TickerGuard makes the report available to me, and — if I choose — begins the 12-month follow-up service, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I understand that my right of withdrawal for the report expires as a result, and that if I withdraw I owe proportionate compensation for any follow-up service already provided."
