The company offers hepatic-targeted programs, including Agazisiran, a complement factor B (CFB) program that represents a pipeline-in-a-product opportunity, where a single therapeutic candidate has the potential to address multiple indications; Onvuzosiran, a clinical program for the prevention of HAE attacks; and ADX-626, a Factor XI (FXI) program for secondary stroke prevention with additional clinical potential for stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation. It also offers extrahepatic-targeted programs, such as ADX-077, an adipose-targeted obesity program designed to reduce body weight and fat while preserving lean mass; and ADX-199, a neuron-targeted program designed to selectively silence and degrade amyloid-ß precursor protein (APP) mRNA in neurons, which is genetically linked to Alzheimer's disease. The company was incorporated in 2019 and is based in San Diego, California.
