Janus Living, Inc. ist der einzige an einer US-Börse notierte REIT, der sich ausschließlich auf den Seniorenwohnsektor konzentriert, und der einzige an einer US-Börse notierte REIT dieser Art. Das gesamte Portfolio des Unternehmens wird im Rahmen von RIDEA-Strukturen gehalten und betrieben. Das Anfangsportfolio des Unternehmens umfasste zum 31. Dezember 2025 34 Seniorenwohnanlagen mit insgesamt 10.422 Einheiten. Die Anlagen befinden sich vorwiegend in wichtigen Ruhestandsmärkten in zehn Bundesstaaten, wobei Einheiten in Florida und Texas zum 31. Dezember 2025 69 % aller Einheiten ausmachten. Alle Anlagen werden im Rahmen von RIDEA-Strukturen gehalten und betrieben.
