Organic Hypergrowth in an Uptrend

Buys shares whose revenue has at least doubled within roughly a year and a half — but only when that growth is home-grown rather than bought in: acquisition payments across those six quarters stay below 5 percent of revenue, and goodwill on the balance sheet has not risen by more than 20 percent of the revenue gain. If the annual and quarterly reports cannot show this, no purchase is made. The price also has to be in an uptrend: above its 150-day line, with that line rising, and no more than 25 percent below its highest level of the past twelve months. Only shares our own deep-dive analysis rates green are bought — yellow or no analysis at all is not enough. New positions are added once a month and held for twelve months — exactly how the back-test over 2013 to 2026 calculated it. If the list holds no green-rated share, the portfolio stays in cash.
